As part of efforts to strengthen its IT department, ING Luxembourg is looking for a Head of Infrastructure Services (m/f). This is a full time position for an indefinite period.

Job description

As the Head of Infrastructure Services (m/f), you oversee and coordinate the activities of Production Services, Engineering and IT Security, in order to implement a technical platform for the company matching the needs and the strategy of the bank.

Your main mission consists of :
•Actively participate in the management of the IT department
•Represent the IT infrastructure services within and outside of the bank
•Develop relationships and synergies within the Group
•Establish and communicate the strategy and define the objectives to achieve
•Ensure Infrastructure alignment with group standards
•Define action plans and priorities for the implementation of the strategy
•Ensure performance, security, availability and robustness of the infrastructure
•Coordinate, synchronize and validate the actions and teams projects to ensure and maintain the IT infrastructure to the level required by the business activities
•Manage the different administrative tasks of the position (Budget, audit report, Risk management, communication, following up of indicators, ..)
•Maintain commercial relationships with suppliers to identify the technical axes of evolutions and manage contractual and financial negotiations.
•Manage teams and ensure the development of collaborators

Your profile

Knowledge and experience
• Master degree in computer engineering/ IT
•A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position is required
