The Senior CRM Consultant responsibilities are 2-fold:

1. Assist UpCRM Business Development activities by driving
discovery missions at UpCRM clients, understand both
Business and Application Requirements and support the
solution crafting to address client’s needs

2. He/She will support the implementation of complex CRM
solutions and integrations and assists clients through
consultancy to further develop and innovate their own
client relations and business development.

The Senior CRM Consultant will:

Invest in the right understanding of clients’ environments and the
related business needs through client interviews and workshops, completed
with focused discovery activities of his actual business and application

He/She will be working closely with his peers (Senior CRM Architect,
Consultants, Business Development Manager and Services Director ) to
contribute to the salesforce based Business development and

The Senior CRM Consultant is expected to support the BID management
process and will contribute to the creation of technical documents in order
to raise the quality of the proposals and build a strong template base in
support of efficient proposals and consulting reports crafting.

The Senior CRM Consultant will be the Lead Implementation Consultant of
complex or larger solutions integrations based on salesforce.

He/She will also take an active part in new solutions design and
documentation , supported by LABs, POCs and Use Cases.
