Our client is a well-established industrial company. They are looking for an administrative assistant to join their Procurement team near Luxembourg-city.
In this position, you will have the following tasks:
- Manage the agenda of the team leader
- Make travel arrangements for the whole team including hotel reservations. You will have to liaise with the travel agency on a regular basis
- Write letters, take phone calls, file documents and other general office tasks
- Liaise with the administrative services based abroad and coordinating with the members of the Luxembourg team
- Support ad hoc projects if required
- You have a minimum of 2 years of work experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar
- You speak fluently English, a good level of French and Dutch is considered as an asset
- You have an good knowledge of MS Office (especially Powerpoint to do présentations)
- You are very organized and enjoy working in a structured way
- You have experience with meeting deadlines and you can cope easily with unexpected tasks
- You are used to work autonomously
