We are offering a unique opportunity to a Manager specialized in CFO Services for the Banking Industry. You will take part in our ongoing client projects in Luxembourg as well as in our major international projects, and rapidly take a leading position within the team, developing our offer and acquiring new projects in Luxembourg.

Job Requirements:

•    The candidate will be either an experienced finance executive from the banking industry or have an 8 years minimum experience in management consulting.

•    He/she will have a deep understanding of the issues and solutions related to the transformation projects of the finance departments of the banks:

     -   Client/Financial accounting processes and organization (accounting platform; accounting controls; fast-close…)

     -    Statutory and regulatory reporting (consolidation; IFRS; FINREP/COREP…)

     -   Management and operations accounting (dash-board; BI; pricing; costing…)

     -    Finance-Risk convergence (Basel II; credit risk; data consistency…)

     -    Finance IS architecture and strategy (ERP; data warehouse; mutualization…)

The candidate will show the ability both to lead and work effectively in teams, business acumen and insight, and excellent communication skills in French and English. Ideally, he will rely on a solid business network in Luxembourg.
