Our client is a prestigious law firm established in Luxembourg since several years. The international company knows a fast growing development and comprises more than 700 people in total. The Luxembourgish office is a medium size entity working closely with international clients.
Due to its current growth we are looking for a Compliance Officer (m/f).
Mission
As a Compliance Officer (m/f), you will be involved into the management and follow-up of the internal procedure, as following:
- Controlling of client identification folders;
- Supporting the diverse searches according to the required and related documentation;
- Building up and ensuring an efficient procedure to report to the Compliance Managers;
- Reporting KYC;
- Participating in meetings with the Compliance Managers and writing up minutes.
Profile
- University Degree in Law / Taxation;
- A first experience in a law firm, accounting firm or in a tax advisory firm is required;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proactive, ability to take initiatives and to work independently;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, German is an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Our client offers a part time for this position.
