Our client is a fund administrator specializing in services for investment funds, management companies, private equity funds and alternative investment manager. To support their development they are looking for a Senior German Speaker Tax Expert
- Support our customers with particular reference to German tax law and investment in international tax law, such as the EU Savings Directive, double taxation agreements and Swiss fund tax law;
- Creation of tax bases, according to the German Investment Tax Act and the preparation of the required publications are also part of your daily tasks such as preparing and forwarding the relevant tax fund accounting records to the audit firms;
- Tax treatment of specific requests from our customers and auditors
- Support the fund accounting and client management in our daily business operations;
- Identification and implementation of legislative changes.
Who we are looking for
- University degree specialized in tax law and investment law or qualification of tax specialist with a degree in finance or economy;
- Fluent in German, English and French;
- Professional experience in this area will be considered as an asset;
- High level understanding of tax and financial economic issues.
