Our client is an international leading provider of international tax consultancy and trust services. To support their strong growth in Luxembourg, they are looking for a competent Senior Manager or Director who will lead the Luxembourg office.
As a Director, you will report to the Group CEO. Your main responsibilities will be :
- Develop and support the business of the Luxembourg office
- Set up strategies in concordance with the group's guide line
- Manage the group reporting (profitability, strategy)
- Recruit and manage the team in Luxembourg
- Coordinate the efforts of various departments
- Be the main point of contact for the clients
- Perform Business Development
- Be the point of contact with CSSF and all third parties
Who we are looking for
- Degree in finance
- Strong previous managing experience within a domiciliation/fiduciary company.
- Fluent in English. Any other language would be considered as an asset
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong business development skills and the ability to interact with clients
