For an European Institution we are seeking:

Secretary English - German (m/f)

Main activities & tasks:
• General secretarial and administrative tasks to international teams: telephone, filing, updating of calendar, organizing contacts, meetings or events as well as missions, typing and handling of daily correspondence.
• Preparation and circulation of documents, including proof reading, editing and finalisation of reports, electronic and paper archiving
• Coordination and follow-up of internal procedures; Maintaining filing systems.
• Coordination with other divisions, ensuring information flow.

Profile:
• You have gained at least two years experience in a similar position. Experience in European institutions is considered as an asset.
• You speak and write fluently English, German.
• You have excellent good command in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• You have an excellent organisation with the ability to work with deadlines.

We offer:
• Begin: January
• An international environment.
• Long-term contract (6 months)
