My client is a financial service firm which is specialized in Trust services specialise in private equity. The client portfolio is composed of large multinational companies. Due to the increase in workload they want to strengthen their legal department.
Education
• Degree in Corporate or fiscal law
• 2 -3 years experience as Trust legal officer
Qualification:
• Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team
• Autonomous
• Fluency in English is a mandatory. Others languages are an asset in particular french.
• Notions of accountancy in a plus.
Main tasks are:
• Responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies.
• Knowledge of Soparfi’s –Spf- Sicar.- Investment funds …
• Contact with clients (Anglo-Saxon).
• Liaise with tax advisors, lawyers, notaries,
• Liaise with other professionals, government institutions and with the other offices abroad.
• Board minutes etc.
• KYC-AML
