For an European Institution we are seeking:

Administrative Assistant English- French / Financial department (m/f)

Main activities & Tasks:
• Point of contact for the request of the investors.
• Administrative tasks in English and French to international teams and customers.
• Updating website and databases. Maintaining filing systems.
• Preparation and circulation of documents, including proof reading, editing and finalisation of reports, electronic and paper archiving
• Coordination with other divisions, ensuring information flow.

Profile:
• You have gained at least two years experience in the finance sector.
• Specific experience of capital markets, in particular bond markets is considered as an asset.
• You speak and write fluently English, French.
• You have excellent command in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have an excellent organisation and communication skills.

We offer:
• Begin: January.
• An international environment.
• Long-term contract (1 year).
