YOUR TASKS:
The effective and efficient financial transaction processing for the Lux Shareholder Services Team
Produce shareholder reports and internal reports related to the daily Transfer Agent records in relation with compliance
To manage sensitive cash processes and ensure that deadlines are followed
Adhering to the terms of generally Accepted Transfer Agent Principles, Prospectus, internal policies
Resolution of queries assigned from internal dpt
Ensure optimal client service.
Follow the standard and specific procedures put in place within the team
YOUR PROFILE:
Post secondary education with an economical background/finance or equivalent experience.
2 years experience in Transfer Agency or financial services industry in an operations environment.
Fluent in English and any other languages will be considered as a strong asset Knowledge in MS Office applications ( Word and Excel)
