Our client, an international Holding company, which invests in several sectors, is looking for an experienced Private Equity Accountant M/F.
Your tasks will include
• Responsibility for all back-office operations
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, tax declarations and VAT returns
• Working with the private equity investment teams to establish reporting procedures between the company, its investor companies and its advisers
• Follow-up and input on treasury operations
• Liaise with the local administrators, lawyers, tax advisers, external auditors and investment teams
• Ensuring company compliance in relation to Luxembourg compliance rules
• Taking part in the implementation of a new accounting system and operational control systems
Your profile
• Accountancy degree
• Ideally 3-5 years experience in a similar role gained in a fiduciary or private Equity/hedge Fund environment
• Fluent in French and English
• IAS/IFRS knowledge
• Loyal, confidential, pro-active, analytical and flexible
