My client is a leading independent provider of international fiduciary services centered on effective governance, responsive administration and high quality financial reporting. With respected asset and structure specialists they deliver global services through local presence and understanding.
They work with lawyers, accounting firms, investment managers, custodians and originators to provide expert stewardship, bespoke administration services and strong corporate governance to a customer base comprising established fund managers, internationally quoted companies and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
Your duties:
Your main responsibility will be to be in charge of a portfolio of client companies through managing all aspects of the accounting, reporting and administration of private equity structures:
- Working within the PE Team
- Preparation of financial statements, annual accounts and any other statutory or client’s reporting
- Bookkeeping
- Co-ordination with external parties (tax advisors, custodian banks, legal advisors, auditors)
- Assistance in preparing tax and VAT returns
- Cash transactions
- Assistance in corporate secretarial services
- Monitoring compliance of the structures
- Contact point with clients
Requirements:
– Professional ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification;
– Up to five years post-qualification experience;
– Audit experience, big 4 preferred but not essential
– Good working knowledge of IFRS and/or Irish/UK GAAP
– Excellent communication and organisation skills;
– Motivated and driven
– Knowledge of financial services administration including funds and corporate
– Knowledge of securitisation corporate structures and/or debt funds would be useful
– Knowledge of private equity and real estate funds and corporate entities would be useful
