Our client - a prestigious Anglo-Saxon law firm with offices on each of the five continents - is actively seeking for an experienced lawyer to accompany the development of the Corporate and M&A law department of their growing Luxembourgish offices. Job description

This firm provides to its Lawyers varied, international work and an upbeat, hassle-free environment. They have successfully hired a number of excellent associates recently and are looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Associate at the mid level. Top level M&A and Capital Market work and good client contact are on offer. Fantastic client base spanning a number of exciting sectors: for international groups, financial sector companies, foreign and Luxembourg based companies, entities requiring an advanced law consultancy.

Who we are looking for

- You possess a Law Degree (LL.M and/or MAS and/or J.D. degree ) and are an Attorney at court.
- You have at least eight years of experience in a Law Firm and have good knowledge and field experience on the Luxembourg market.
- You are a team player with high work standards, excellent personal and technical skills and a strong service orientation ("client comes first" culture) .
- You have the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for this relationship.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and are able to communicate in French ; German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
- You have the ability to meet deadlines.
- You work autonomously.
- You are dynamic, proactive and have excellent written communication and drafting skills.
