My client is an international company which is one of the leaders in the field of Private Equity. Their team of over 120 professionals are based in several countries en Europe.
Due to their fast growth, they are looking for their office in Luxembourg a PRIVATE EQUITY ACCOUNTANT who is willing to learn and to evolve quickly within the company.
Your profile:
- A bachelor degree in Accountancy or Finance or Economics
- 3-4 years experience in accounting
- Experience in working with Soparfi’s
- Fluent in English & French
- A first experience in a fiduciary/Trust will be an asset
- You are a team player but you are also autonomous
- You are eager to learn and to evolve
- You have a good communication skills and you are well organized
Your responsibilities:
- You will be in charge of a portfolio of international companies
- You will manage the whole accounting process from A to Z
- You will report to the CSSF and the investors
- You will be in charge of the legal administration
- You will prepare the tax declarations of your clients (IRC, ICC, IF, VAT)
- You will be the contact point for your clients and third parties.
