About our client
Our client is a well known telecommunication company based here in Luxembourg through a holding. For its consolidation team, we are looking for a Consolidation officer.
Job description
As the Consolidation Officer you will work in collaboration with the Consolidation Manager of the group and hold the following responsibilities:
> Take part in the consolidation in IFRS of the group and give support in its implementation
> Prepare monthly consolidation reports
> Coordinate the reporting activities of the subsidiaries
> Liaise with external authorities and external auditors when required
> Support in developing the IFRS standards and procedures for the group
Who we are looking for
> You have a successful experience of 4-5 years in the external audit with a specialization in Consolidation of commercial/industrial companies or 4-5 years within the consolidation department of an operational company
> You hold a Master in Finance or Economics
> You have good skills in IFRS and consolidation
> You speak English fluently
> You are rigorous, committed and have good communication skills
