Job Description:
You will assist the Head of Compliance and the Compliance Acceptance Committee (CAC) in the following tasks:
- Review of the KYC files for new clients and identification of main issues and missing information according to the risk based approach for the CAC decision
- Update of KYC files in case of material changes - Maintenance of KYC information in the clients database and in the electronic document management system
- Be the contact person for compliance questions from the staff and for the follow up of the KYC files
- Identity the main risks in relation with the monitoring of existing clients - Follow-up of regulatory developments and update of procedures and templates
- Training of new joiners and advanced training
Your Profile:
- You hold a degree in law, finance or economics
- You hold a degree in compliance or AML/CFT/fraud prevention
- You have at least 10 years experience in compliance, preferably in Luxembourg
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft office 2007
- You are familiar with screening tools of clients (World-check or other similar tools)
- You are fluent in English and French, any other language will be considered an advantage
- You are results-oriented person and aware of the risk management;
- You combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail
- You appreciate to work in a team, to coach juniors and to review their tasks
