The Responsibilities
- You will advise international customers from Northern Europe / Scandinavia in terms of an integrated service approach.
- You will have primary responsibility for the overall client relationship with the aim of a high and long-standing level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will analyse your customer’s requirements and will successfully present adequate products and services as well as develop a comprehensive strategy tailored to the individual customer.
- You will regularly update the overall strategy in line with clients’ requirements in order to support the successful development of the target markets.
The Competencies
- A relevant and valid academic banking qualification with further training
- Several years experience in successful and comprehensive private banking relationship management
- Broad knowledge of the product and service offering in wealth management including a basic understanding of Luxembourg structures
- Ability to analyse client potential
- Fluency in English as well as language skills of your major target markets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and efficient self-management
