About our client
Our client is an international provider of trust and corporate services. For their Luxembourg offices, they are looking for a Director, member of Management Board.   

Job description
The Director manages, monitors and ensures the execution of the market or product strategy and objectives, in line with the group policy, in order to contribute to the realisation of strategic objectives of the group by the realisation of the market or products objectives.
It includes the following responsibilities:
- Company strategy and policies: development of market/product strategy, in line with the group strategy and objectives, budgets, implementation and execution of these plans.
- Management of several market or product teams
- Clients relationship: coordination of sales strategies, key account management, negotiation, development, act as director/manager on the board of directors of client companies
- Developments and Trends
- Networking: represent Luxembourg's offices externally in the Region/country, cooperate with the local authorities and regulatory bodies
- HR: organize, manage, develop and staff the Markets/Products teams
- Internal Communication 

Who we are looking for
EDUCATION
degree in Economics or Law
EXPERIENCE
at least 10 years of relevant working experience preferably within the trust business
LANGUAGES
Excellent command of English, knowledge of local/regional languages is a plus
SKILLS
- Strong oral and written communicationskills
- Results and performance orientation
- Commercial attitude, negotiation skills
- Decision making skills, sensitivity to the organisation
- Risk consciousness
- Power of conviction, strategic thinking
