You are willing to work in an international environment?
You have good knowledge of RE funds?
My client is an international asset management company. They provide services to large corporate and institutional clients but also to individual investors. They have an expertise in international and local markets to provide tailor made solutions to their clients.
They are currently looking for a company secretary to join the legal team. You will benefit from a small structure in Luxembourg within an international environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Organize Board Meetings, liquidation, Merger & Acquisition, AGMs, EGMs
- Legal reviews that should be reported to the board of directors
- Involve in projects to improve the governance of processes with the Board
- Assist to launch new Real Estate funds
- Liaising with internal and external parties such as regulation authorities, auditor, different entities of the group…
- Manage real estate acquisitions/transactions
Your profile:
- Master Degree in Economics or in law
- Fluent in English, fluent in German or French
- First experience in the fund industry
- Good knowledge of RE funds
