Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for our Knowledge department and all tasks related to Knowledge management. You are in charge of:
o The organisation and the update of the library collection
o The legal monitoring and information of the Lawyers (Research of news, Explanatory analyses of legal developments, Updates of electronic versions of the laws and regulations)
o The setting up, updates and follow up of the KM database
o The organisation of meetings with thematic KM working groups to optimise knowledge sharing
o The legal researches and the assistance to Lawyers in their legal researches
o The support to our Marketing department for external communications on legal departments
Your Profile
- Master 1 or Master 2 in Law or equivalent education in Knowledge Management
- Preferably 3+ years professional experience in a similar environment
- You are fluent in English and French. German is an advantage
- Excellent writing skills are required in English and French
- Excellent organisational, analytical and writing skills
- You are proactive
