Your Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to join a leading and international bank in Luxembourg that is constantly growing its business. This role will give you the possibility to reinforce your exposure to several internal departments and provide you with a helicopter view of the business. This represents a great next step in your TA career!
You are responsible for:
- The private investors and the institutional clients identification and the shareholder/dealer accounts opening
- Administrate and update the shareholder and dealer account profiles
- You will collaborate proactively with the Compliance Dpt. for the institutional investor’s identification.
- You will handle the savings plan, pledge and nominative certificates processes, ensure the adherence and the appropriate filing of the documents related to the shareholder accounts identification / account opening.
- Be the key point of contact regarding the shareholder accounts administration.
- The Analyze and validation of the private investors and institutional identification documents
- The maintenance of tax and fiscal figures in collaboration with the tax Team
- Taking in charge the audit requests and internal/external correspondences related to the shareholder and dealer account registration.
- Managing and following the Register Management dedicated documented baskets
The Competencies
- Post secondary education with an economical background/finance or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years experience in Transfer Agency or financial services industry in an operations environment. Good knowledge of TA operational flows including cash aspects
- Fluent English. Any other languages will be considered as a strong asset
- Personal Qualities: team player, tact, ability to listen, strong written and oral communication skills, service ethic, ability to manage stress
- Knowledge in MS Office applications ( Word and Excel)
- Transfer Agent Business knowledge
