The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to join a leading and international bank in Luxembourg which will give you the possibility to reinforce your exposure to the Real Estate industry

The Responsibilities

• Consolidation Accountant in charge of Real Estate and Private Equity operations in Luxembourg.
• In charge of consolidated structures for which he is responsible to process operations properly, in due time and with respect to the Accounting Principles of these structures (Lux GAAP, IFRS, etc...) and Consolidation requirements.
• In charge to deliver clear, accurate consolidated figures and support to clients
• Respect deadlines agreed in the Operating memorandum (with all other service providers).

The Competencies

• University or post-Graduate degree with experience in operations with dedicated experience in Real Estate / Private Equity sector or commercial company firms (5 years)
• Ability to communicate with various providers (internally and externally)
• Bank business operations and processes and quality execution experience
• Fluent English
• German is a strong asset
