This role will allow you to work in a structured and sociable team which is lead by an inspirational and motivated Partner who firmly believes in the ethics of team-input and client service. You will therefore benefit from:
- Working on outstanding and unique instruction from international portfolio of clients in a position of substance – thus providing you with prestigious workloads and autonomy during your day
- Having a mixed portfolio of files to work on – thus allowing you to utilise existing skills while developing other areas of expertise (i.e. regulated and alternative funds)
- Acting as a link point between the purposeful Partner and the technical team – which will allow you to grow your commercial skills and management expertise with full support from your superior

The Role:
As a Senior Associate in the reputed Funds team you will be tasked with:
- Handling files ranging from regulated fund set ups for unique institutional clients through to the liquidation of private equity structures – i.e ‘cradle to grave’ service provision within the legal side of the funds marketplace
- Providing a range of advisory and complementary funds services to various PSF’s in a front-line capacity – i.e. taking control for the instructions and ensuring the high-profile clients have prompt answers to their instructions
- Overseeing the legal output for the team with the guidance of the Partner – i.e. having delegation responsibility for the less experienced team members while knowing when to escalate matters
As such, this mix of technical output and commercial duties will quickly allow you to establish yourself as a key member of the ongoing development of this department.
The Requirement:
In order for you to secure this exclusive and international role for your next career step, you will have to be able to demonstrate:
- Practical exposure in the Luxembourg regulated and/or alternative funds industry for 3-to-6 years - this will allow you to fit efficiently with the ongoing files in this team
- Strong linguistic abilities (French, German and English) to enable you to converse with the wide range of international clients this unit handles
- Strength of character to oversee the output of a functioning team while being able to take the initiative on certain matters when complex situation arise
- An honest, diligent and adaptable personality which focussed on long-term relationships with clients and building trust with colleagues
