Your Opportunity
Do you speak French and English or German fluently?
Have you gained a previous experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger within in a manufacturing or industrial environment?

Your Responsibilities
On a daily basis within a friendly team within the group, you will be responsible for:
• Review and set up invoices for payment
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks
• Reconciliation of payments
• Prepare accounts analysis
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors and respond to inquiries
• Produce monthly reports
• Assist in month end closing
• Other ad-hoc accounting and administration duties
Your Competencies
In order to gain this exciting opportunity for your next career step, you will need to have:
• You gained a previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and have an good knowledge and practical experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
• An excellent communication skills in French as in English or in German (very good/fluent) with a customer service focus allowing to interaction easily with all departments
• A personality to take on initiatives, solve many problems in order to accomplish your objectives
• Attention to details and accuracy
