The Opportunity
Do you have the potential to be in charge of all financial resources for several entities based in Europe and Middle East? Do you feel ready to manage, with your team, the finance and accounting activities for more than ten companies? Beside your expertise, are you an excellent communicator in English?

Your Responsibilities
Situated in the Head Office:
•You will assist the Managing Director in his day-to-day work
•You will manage the finance department –a team of 12 people to produce and interpret relevant and realistic figures enabling you to advise people at board level. Therefore, you will be responsible for :
-Half-yearly and annual financial statements according to IFRS guidelines
-The entire audit process
-Compliance with legal and tax obligations
•You will be in charge of the financial reporting and budget – which will allow you to demonstrate autonomy, self-confidence and expertise and to produce with your team :
-Internal reporting
-Analysis and evaluations
-Monthly forecasts
-Active cost controlling processes
•You will be a key point of contact within the group - which offers you a direct and close contact with the Group CFO and therefore allows you to have a clear and a global picture of the business through :
-Intercompany accounts reconciliation and consolidation
-Risk management reports
-New international finance projects development and participation (e.g. : to enforce financial policies, ...)
Your Competencies
In order for you to be considered for this exciting opportunity for your next career step and future growth, you will need to have:
•A significant experience gained in business / finance / controlling /accounting and dealing with complex matters from beginning to the end
•A relevant experience in the management of an international team
•A first experience within commercial companies (preferably with inventory and distribution) and dealing with a large amount of customers
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage
•A high level of analytical skills and the ability to handle a high workload and workflow
•Methodical and organised skills
