The Opportunity
For a top-rated, well-reputed and stable international financial institution we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with an in-depth experience in financial reporting, corporate tax and corporate administration.
This position provides stability, an environment of high caliber professionals and a continuous technical challenge, however, does and will not include people management.
The Responsibilities
•You will prepare the Financial Accounts for complex and non-standard SPE structures
•You will coordinate accounting processes with Finance Departments on month end
•You will ensure timely preparation of tax returns by coordination with Group Tax and external advisors
•You will prepare and control VAT returns
•You will liaise with Auditors
•You will set up and manage SPEs including organisation of Board Meetings, registering / filing of all relevant company documents
•You will contribute in various transactions and projects
The Competencies
In order to be the best fit for this position you will have to:
•Have a very good knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS and Luxembourg Company Law
•Be aware of Luxembourg Corporate Tax
•Be familiar with complex, non-standard transactions involving multiple entities
•Demonstrate a wide experience of financial products and their practical applications
•Be fluent in English and preferably French
•Have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
•Be precise and work accurately
•Have good communication and interpersonal skills
•Be a committed self-starter
