The Opportunity
As Manager, within the Fund Corporate Services of an international and prestigious depositary Bank, you will participate to the client capture and retention. You will supervise a team of Engineering Services Officers and Corporate Services Officers, in charge of clients and funds, allocated to each team according to the product type, the linguistic profile, and the consistency in client relationships.
The Responsibilities
•The Team manager acts as a Senior Engineering Officer in his own team.
•Defines the Company’s punctual remunerations for corporate and engineering services and ensures that the client is invoiced accordingly
•Supports and assists the Company business lines in relation to funds set-up questions, legal framework update and provides legal assistance in resolution of complex transversal issues
•Participates to mitigation of legal risk in performing funds review and risk assessments in liaison with business lines
•Actively contributes to regulatory watch and alerts and supports Sales teams in clients capture with their regulatory expertise
•Participates to transversal working groups and projects as a representative of the Fund Corporate Services department
•The Manager is in contact with the Luxembourg Supervisory Authority (the "CSSF") and may address specific funds issues to the CSSF, as an escalation of Engineering Services Officer
•The Engineering Services Officer is in contact with all players in the Fund Industry: clients, law firms, Management Companies, investment advisors, distributors, auditors
The Competencies
•Degree in Law or equivalent
•Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulation and Corporate law
•Experience in funds domiciliary and engineering services (Bank, law firm)
•Experience with funds administration and custody services
•Fluent English, German and French
•Client focused, good communicator, excellent personal organization
•Master of Outlook, Internet, Word and Excel tools
