The Opportunity

Our Client, a dynamic, diverse and exciting worldwide Industrial Company, leader in their field, is looking to reinforce their financial team.
The Responsibilities
You will perform analysis and maintenance on SAP accounts & cost centers master data, validations and consolidated and individual reporting to standardize the use of SAP throughout the company
On the other hand, you will take part of the administration and the reporting for Luxembourgish and Swiss holding companies, being involved on the daily tasks, accounts payables, closing procedure, reporting, audit and fiduciary tasks.
- You will analyse and maintain the chart of accounts and Cost Center structure through intranet issues properly authorised.
- You will manage SAP period reopening requests and publish the Monthly Closing Schedule.
- You will resolve different SAP requests related to AP signing levels, exchange rates, changes in SAP hierarchies, modification of SAP reports, etc...
- You will participate on the administration and reporting of LUX and SWISS holding companies:
•Daily administration tasks
•Accounts payables
•Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing procedure
•Reporting for consolidation purposes
•Tax returns, VAT return Audit process...
- You will provide support to individual legal entities in the process of preparing information for consolidation purposes.
-You will participate on the preparation of information requested from internal and external clients.
- You will collaborate in issuing consolidated financial information in compliance with external and internal regulations.
The Competencies
•Degree in accounting
•At least 5 years experience in finance and/or SAP
•Fluent in English. Good knowledge of French and/or Spanish are considered as a strong asset
•Advanced IT knowledge Office, excel advanced (pivot and macro) & access
•Strong analytical skills
•Knowledge of SOX procedures is a plus
