Our client is an IT PSF provider. He offers a wide range of service packages in the field of ICT Infrastructure solutions to their customers: from consultancy, design, implementation, project management, installation, maintenance to the infrastructure management and managed services.
Within a Unix Systems Department, you will support the team and you will manage Linux Environment (Redhat) and Unix (Sun Solaris). You will be in charge of :
- Installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of large heterogeneous UNIX / Solaris and Linux Redhat infrastructure
- Assist the team in daily operations and maintenance of the infrastructure (systems, servers, storage, etc.)
- Write the Installation and maintenance technical documentations
- Incident handling, problem handling (with respect of targeted resolution times).
- System operation and configuration.
- System monitoring and reporting.
- Implementation of Storage Solutions
More than that, your first project will be to migrate Solaris Servers to Linux Redhat Servers.
Your Profile
You should have :
• A successfull similar experience with both Linux Redhat Entreprise and Solaris
• Strong knowledge in Redhat Entreprise Linux 5/6 & Solaris.
• Knowledges in storage is an asset
• You have team spirit
• You are fluent in French and in English
