About our client
As a major supplier in Europe, our client is mainly growing by acquisitions. Our client is looking for a high potential candidate to join their team in strategy and business acquisition.
Job description
Within a team, you will be responsible of:
- conducting financial projects, taking into account strategic, economic and political aspects for the firm
- helping in investment transactions, especially on valuation and corporate finance
- taking part of acquisition deals by preparing complete investment files and recommandations for the top management
- providing KPI, business plan, cashflow statements for a project, working closely with controlling, accounting and finance departments.
- providing knowledge on industrial field in order to participate to strategic development of the company by selection of growth projects
- collaborate with investment banks
Who we are looking for
- Top double business school/engineering education, completed with an MBA
- Experience of 2-5 years in M&A, transaction services, investment banking
- Knowledge of industrial sector
- Fluent in English and German mandatory. French, Luxembourgish or Italian are a plus.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate with Top management
- Open to travel(40%)
