Our client is an well-known Trust and Domiciliation company located in Luxembourg. To face a constant business development trend, we are looking for a Corporate Lawyer
Job description
As a Corporate Lawyer, you will mainly be in charge of :
- Portfolio of clients' structures
- Preparation and review of legal documents
- Assisting the company's managers for compliance and KYC issues
- Put into operation all insolvency / incorporation / liquidation rules
- Act as a coordinator of legal matters with third party service providers (lawyers, notaries, tax advisors etc.)
- To coordinate the signing of documents
- To maintain/file corporate legal documents
- To provide legal support to other departments upon request
Who we are looking for
You hold a University Degree preferably in Economics/Law or Finance
You have at least 2 years of experience preferably gained within the financial sector;
You have a solid legal, tax and company secretarial background;
You are proactive, rigorous and team-oriented;
You have proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines;
You are fluent in English and French; any other language would be considered as an asset.
