Badenoch and Clark is looking for an Assistant Private Banking
The Responsibilities
- Assisting all Relationship Managers of the Desk
- Executing and managing all administrative tasks (client accounts, payment executions, transfer instructions)
- Monitoring deadlines related to the client activity
- Assisting and supporting client requests
- Verifying the respect of the « rules of conduct » in the Financial Services (CSSF, MiFID etc)
- Monitoring and recording the client conversations
- Assisting the Head of CRM team with the Clients’ Portfolio management (when and if required)
- Execution all client orders
- Monitoring and organising the CRMs business trips, in collaboration with the reception desk
- Supporting the CRMs in all activities and informing them about any discrepancy that may occurs
The Competencies
- University Degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent (Mandatory)
- A significant previous experience in the same role in Private Bank (mandatory)
- A good knowledge Microsoft Office applications(Mandatory)
- You are fluent in French, English and German (Mandatory)
- A good sense of responsibility, you are able to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
- You are dynamic, rigorous, able to perform under stress, well organised and flexible
