For one of our clients, we are seeking:

English and French speaking Secretaries (m/f)
with excellent Excel skills

Main activities and tasks:

•  General secretarial and administrative tasks in English to international teams: telephone, filing, updating of calendar, organizing contacts, meetings or events as well as missions, typing and handling of daily correspondence.
• Preparation and circulation of documents, including proof reading, editing and finalisation of reports, electronic and paper archiving
• Coordination and follow-up of internal procedures; Maintaining filing systems.
• Coordination with other divisions, ensuring information flow.

Profile:

• You have gained at least two years of experience in a similar position. Experience in European institutions is considered as an asset.
• You speak and write fluently English and French.
• You have excellent command in Excel,
• You have an excellent organisation with the ability to work with deadlines.
