In-house Legal Advisor (m/f)

Your mission

Our internal Legal department is growing and we are looking a Legal Advisor eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

As an in-house Legal Advisor (m/f), you will:

• Support our lines of services on a variety of legal issues (commercial law, civil law, labour law, intellectual property, data protection, information technology, corporate law, etc.);

• Draft, review and negotiate various contracts to be entered into between our firm and its clients or suppliers;

• Draft various internal policies, technical notes and recommendations on complex legal issues;

• Conduct various legal researches and draft analysis with a hands-on and solution oriented approach;

• Advise our lines of services regarding compliance with the PwC Network Policies and Standards (co-branding policy, global contracting policy, etc.);

• Participate to the legal watch, ensure firm’s legal compliance on a day-to-day basis and anticipate legal risks;
• Deliver legal trainings to your colleagues. 

Your profile

• You hold a Master in Law delivered by a Luxembourg, Belgian or French university;

• You have at least 4 years’ post qualification experience in a similar position;

• You demonstrate experience with commercial agreements and IP/IT agreements;

• You have strong technical and writing skills and you are able to communicate professionally and effectively;

• You are fluent in both French and English;

• You have the ability to spot potential legal issues in a factual situation and to identify possible solutions to mitigate risks;

• You work efficiently and you are able to prioritize workflow;

• You have unquestionable ethics and integrity;

• You are a strong team player, with an ability to work independently.
