Translator from French and English into German (m/f)
Your mission
As a Translator (m/f), you will:
Translate technical documents from French and English into the target language (German);
Research and use appropriate terminology;
Liaise with internal experts and clients to discuss any unclear points;
Proofread technical texts, translations and publications;
Retain and develop specialist knowledge of specific fields;
Manage and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
Your profile
You hold a degree in translation (bachelor’s, master’s or similar);
You have at least two years’ experience in a similar position;
You are a German near-native speaker with French and English as working languages;
You have a good understanding and in-depth knowledge of linguistic nuances and keen intercultural awareness;
Your knowledge of the financial sector will help you to meet the objectives linked to the role;
You have a good knowledge of SDL Trados or other computer-assisted-translation tools/software;
You are a good team player and your flexibility allows you to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
