1 Help Desk Agent - NL (m/f)
Roles and Essential Activities:
You will be in charge of customer support by phone, email and face to face visits
You will intervene in the process of continuous improvement of our solutions
You will be part of the Customer Department and an active member of the LuxTrust’s Certificate
Registration Authority
You will join a dynamic team working for private and institutional clients
Specific Profile :
Great facilities for verbal and written communication
Native Language : Dutch - fluent in English and French
Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an advantage
Fascinated and experienced in new information and communication technologies
Positive, open minded and eager to learn
Able to work in groups and independently
Resistant to stress
Experience in helpdesk is considered a benefit
Minimum a secondary school diploma, preferably in computer science
